Silver Lining School Ficks Crossing

2023 marked 12 months working with Silver Lining Ficks Crossing an indigenous school in Murgon. My role was to teach creative arts programs with the young women group weekly, during school term. These classes have been full of learning empowerment and using the arts to tell stories and a way of expression.
Cherbourg Floristry

Cherbourg Florist

2023 I was asked to work-alongside Cherbourg council Youth Advisory Group with a project to open up a shop based in the creative arts. I taught candle and soap making with their story and also floristry. This is the first indigenous florist run by community, in community in Australia. It has been highly successful. I was incredibly proud and honoured to have been asked to work alongside community in this project.
