In my workshops, I offer a calm, supportive space where young minds can explore their creative potential. Using natural resources, foraging, and art-making, I guide kids and teens to express themselves freely, build emotional resilience, and engage in a holistic, wellness-focused experience.
Why Creativity Matters for Kids & Teens
For many children and teens, creativity provides an outlet for emotions that might be difficult to express otherwise. Whether it’s joy, sadness, frustration, or excitement, creativity opens up new pathways for them to process and understand their feelings. As they tap into their inner world, they develop a stronger sense of self and confidence that extends into other aspects of their lives.
